The simple rules for using PrivacyLynx and its mini-tools.
These are the terms for using PrivacyLynx. They are deliberately short, because the site is simple: you read pages and, later, use small in-browser tools.
Using the site
You may read, quote and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, with a link back to the source. You agree not to disrupt the site or use it for anything unlawful.
The mini-tools
PrivacyLynx will offer small tools that run entirely in your browser. They send nothing to a server and are provided for general information only. They are not professional advice, and results should be checked against your own situation.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design and the lynx mascot are protected. The “PrivacyLynx” name and look may not be reused without permission. Third-party names belong to their owners.
No warranty and liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranty. We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For any question, contact [email protected].
